I would highly recommend Aperture Photography to everyone! Frank and Darlene were an absolute joy to work with. From the first phone call, Frank had won me over! He was so helpful in explaining all of the details pertaining to my wedding day and was so responsive. I felt so at ease and didn’t worry about a single thing. Frank and Darlene made me feel even more special on my most important day. They were so sweet and guided us through the day so we could get those important shots, while still being able to fully soak in our day and capture those true candid photographs. The turnaround time to when we received our photo drive was so quick and the quality is stunning. I was able to see my wedding day from a different angle and will cherish these photos forever. Frank photographed our wedding in 2009 and did a superb job. Our photographs are true treasures and works of art that are anything but typical. I must admit that when I see most other wedding photos I think to myself "wow, we are so lucky because our wedding photos are just so much better." Moreover, Frank was extremely reasonable and able to work within our budget (which was limited at the time) and still achieve beautiful results. Truly dedicated!

Frank was amazing to work with! He was able to capture every special moment of our special day and was extremely flexible. He was truly dedicated to us from initial contact through delivery of our package. Not to mention, his turnaround time was fantastic! We received everything within 2 weeks of the wedding and the quantity and quality of photos was remarkable. I would definitely recommend using Aperture Photography!

Frank is the photographer we were looking for, and found out was necessary to obtain the quality we expected for our wedding. He is a true master of his craft and we knew the photos were going to be amazing even before we saw them. The way he managed ourselves and our guests was as seamless and effective as it gets. It was a pleasure having his presence to photograph every aspect of our day. He even got great shots of the children during group arrangements with family. This extra effort meant the world to us. Once we got the photos we were more excited and pleased than we thought we could be. His use of various lenses, cameras, and lighting resulted in the most stunning collection of wedding photos. Aperture Photography was the right choice and we couldn't be happier with our wedding photos.

Frank is a very talented and enthusiastic photographer! He was friendly, easy to work with, and accommodating. He made sure that we had a positive wedding photo experience; he mailed us the USB and completed the website in only a couple weeks and the web layout looked great! He is very fairly priced and is definitely worth every penny.

Frank was great to work with! Very approachable prior to the event and flexible during. The pictures came out AMAZING! He seems very genuine in his desire to make the memories of your big day perfect. Looking at our pictures months later makes us feel the same as we did the day of our wedding. Frank and his wife Darlene photographed our engagement shoot and the pictures turned out amazing. We were initially considering a few different photographers for our wedding and engagement shoot and after much debate decided on Frank, and we are INCREDIBLY glad we did. Frank has a rare talent for art and this really comes out in his pictures. He worked with us to find a suitable venue for the shoot, and his pictures are absolutely perfect. My husband and I got married 9/26/14 at Windham Mountain and were SO happy we chose Aperture to do our photography. When we first contacted Frank he was so enthusiastic about shooting our wedding that he offered us a discount on our total package cost. Communication with Frank was easy. He was very quick to reply to our emails and calls, and he made the time to sit down with us to discuss our expectations. The day of our wedding Frank was extremely professional and got some absolutely stunning photographs of our big day. We had a beautiful fall day for our wedding and Frank did an amazing job capturing our gorgeous scenery as well as the highlights of our day. We also loved that we were given full rights to all of the photos as well as an online gallery to share with family and friends. We would highly recommend Aperture Photography to any couple getting married in the Hudson Valley or surrounding regions. Frank does not disappoint!

First off, I want to mention that my husband and I had two wedding ceremonies, with two different photographers. One in New York, with Frank, and one in Colorado with another photographer. Getting to see the difference between a great photographer, with a professional attitude, and a photographer (the one is Colorado) who showed us a great front, but on the wedding day was terrible, really brought to light exactly how wonderful of a job Frank did for us on our wedding day. Frank was constantly taking pictures, never missing a beat. On the other hand, Colorado photographer was constantly seen sitting down, not taking pictures of things that were happening. Frank and Darlene were wonderful to work with. Frank is super enthusiastic, friendly and professional. I love doing business with genuinely kind people. He was very responsive from start to finish. Every time I had emailed a question, his response was never more than a couple of hours later. We didn't really know what we wanted in terms of styling, but Frank made sure to capture everything we could have wanted and more! His dedication to making our day so very special was obvious and very much appreciated. He was there from start to finish, and traveled with us from Poughkeepsie to Rhinecliff for our ceremony and reception. Everyone commented on how great they both were, and how wonderful our pictures turned out! We got our pictures back in about 2 1.5 to 3 weeks, just in time for holidays and upcoming birthday presents. And the flash drives came in the mail to us in very pretty black boxes with glass tops. I will hire them for whatever other special occasion comes along, and highly recommend them for weddings. Fantastic job!!
